Rhinoplasty Turkey gallery

# Rhinoplasty before and after photos in Turkey

This clinical gallery shows primary and revision rhinoplasty cases from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammet Dilber in Istanbul. The photographs are presented with case notes so patients can review shape, breathing-related context, healing stage and the qualities often associated with natural rhinoplasty results without package, hotel, transfer or agency-style information.

Quick answer

## What can rhinoplasty before and after photos show?

Rhinoplasty before and after photos can show changes in the nasal bridge, tip position, nostril visibility and facial balance. They should be read together with case notes, follow-up timing, breathing-related context and medical examination; they are not a promise that another patient will have the same result.

This global gallery is the main hub. Patients from the UK and USA can also use the country-specific versions for localized context while keeping the same clinical rule: photographs help comparison, but treatment planning requires examination.

Country-specific gallery routes

## Use the main gallery with UK and USA patient pages

This page is the global English hub for the clinical rhinoplasty gallery. The UK and USA versions keep the same medical safety rules, but add country-specific questions patients commonly ask before requesting a personal assessment.

Result quality

## Best rhinoplasty results before and after: what should patients look for?

Patients often search for “best rhinoplasty results” or “best rhinoplasty results before after”. In clinical decision-making, “best” should not mean the smallest, most lifted or most dramatic nose. A good result should fit the face, preserve function when breathing is part of the plan, and remain realistic for the patient’s anatomy.

### Quality signals in a photo gallery

- **Natural profile:** the bridge, lips and chin should read together.

- **Tip support:** the tip should not look over-rotated or unstable.

- **Nostril balance:** front and base views should be judged together.

- **Healing time:** early swelling must be considered before comparing results.

- **Medical context:** breathing, septum and revision notes can change the plan.

This section is an evaluation guide, not a claim that one result is best for every patient.

**Clinical note:** before and after photographs help patients understand surgical style and healing stages. They do not replace an examination. Anatomy, skin thickness, cartilage support, breathing problems and previous surgery change the plan for every patient.

## How to read rhinoplasty before and after photos

Look at similar angles, similar lighting and the full face rather than the nose alone. The bridge, tip, nostrils, lips, chin and facial profile should be assessed together.

- Check whether the case is primary or revision rhinoplasty.

- Read the photographed time after surgery before judging swelling.

- Compare the front view, profile view and nostril balance together.

- Use the notes as context, not as a promise of the same result.

## Find cases by surgical context

Use this guide to move through the gallery by procedure type and common nasal findings. A personal examination is still required before treatment planning.

Clinical context

## How to compare rhinoplasty before and after results by case type

The strongest before and after comparison is not one isolated photo. It is a case read with the procedure type, healing time, breathing notes and the full facial profile. These short guides help patients move from broad “best rhinoplasty results” searches to safer, case-based evaluation.

### Dorsal hump rhinoplasty before and after examples

Dorsal hump cases should be reviewed from the profile view and the full facial profile together. The bridge should be judged with the forehead, lips, chin and tip position, not as a separate line.

- [Case 01: dorsal hump and long nasal bridge](#case-01)

- [Case 04: dorsal hump and crooked nose](#case-04)

- [Case 05: dorsal hump with septum deviation notes](#case-05)

### Droopy tip rhinoplasty before and after photos

Droopy tip cases are best assessed by looking at tip rotation, tip support and how the nose sits with the upper lip. A lifted tip should still look calm and natural within the face.

- [Case 01: droopy tip with long bridge](#case-01)

- [Case 02: bulbous tip and early swelling context](#case-02)

- [Case 07: wide tip and long bridge correction](#case-07)

### Breathing, septum and functional case notes

When breathing difficulty, septum deviation or enlarged turbinates are recorded, the photographs should be read together with functional planning. External shape and nasal airflow are evaluated together during examination.

- [Case 02: breathing difficulty and thick skin notes](#case-02)

- [Case 05: deviated septum and bridge notes](#case-05)

- [Case 06: breathing difficulty and septum context](#case-06)

### Revision rhinoplasty photo examples

Revision rhinoplasty photographs need separate evaluation because previous surgery can affect cartilage support, scar tissue, tip position and breathing function. These cases should not be compared directly with first-time surgery cases.

- [Case 19: revision rhinoplasty](#case-19)

- [Case 20: revision rhinoplasty](#case-20)

- [Case 21: revision rhinoplasty](#case-21)

## Rhinoplasty before and after photos: questions patients should ask

How should I read rhinoplasty before and after photos?
Rhinoplasty photos should be reviewed from similar angles, with similar lighting and facial position. The nose should not be judged alone. The bridge, tip, nostrils, chin, lips and full facial profile all affect how natural the result appears.

Can gallery photos replace a medical consultation?
No. Before and after photos can help patients understand surgical style and healing stages, but they cannot replace an examination. Skin type, nasal structure, breathing problems, previous surgery and healing pattern must be evaluated before surgery is planned.

Why do rhinoplasty results differ from patient to patient?
Bone structure, cartilage support, skin thickness, facial proportions and healing are different in every patient. For this reason, two patients cannot be expected to have the same rhinoplasty result.

What should I look for in profile-view rhinoplasty photos?
Profile-view photographs help patients review the nasal bridge, tip position and the relationship between the nose, lips and chin. A balanced profile should look natural within the face.

What should I look for in front-view rhinoplasty photos?
Front-view photographs help patients review the nasal line, nostril balance, tip definition and symmetry. No human face is perfectly symmetrical, so the goal is balance rather than mathematical perfection.

Is revision rhinoplasty evaluated differently from primary rhinoplasty?
Yes. Revision rhinoplasty is usually more complex because the nose has already been operated on. Scar tissue, cartilage support, breathing problems and the result of the previous operation must be examined before a new plan is made.

Is ultrasonic rhinoplasty suitable for every patient?
Ultrasonic rhinoplasty, also called piezo rhinoplasty, can be useful for precise work on nasal bones. Suitability is not decided from photographs alone; it depends on examination, nasal structure and the surgical plan.

When can rhinoplasty results be judged more clearly?
Rhinoplasty healing is gradual. Early swelling can change the appearance of the nose, especially around the tip. A clearer assessment is usually made after swelling decreases, while final refinement may continue for months.

What should the best rhinoplasty results look like in before and after photos?
The best rhinoplasty results usually look balanced rather than extreme. Bridge shape, tip support, nostril balance, facial profile, breathing notes and follow-up timing should be reviewed together.

Can before and after photos prove who has the best rhinoplasty results?
No. Gallery photographs can show surgical style and healing examples, but they cannot prove that one result is best for every patient. A personal examination is required before a safe plan can be made.

## Medical consultation

A personal examination is required before deciding whether rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty or another nasal procedure is suitable. The gallery can help patients understand surgical style, but treatment planning must be made after medical assessment.
